REBECCA KILBORNE

Rebecca Kilborne's strong interpersonal skills, creative approach to marketing, and dedication to careful research has made her an invaluable asset to her clients and the Howard Morrel Team. Rebecca began her real estate career at Brown Harris Stevens where she proved herself a skilled negotiator, working on important deals such as the record breaking sale of a 30-room duplex at 740 Park Avenue, which was at that time the most expensive co-op sale in history. She notably oversaw the purchase of the Richard Avedon Foundation headquarters by leveraging her connections in the art world. She has personally generated over $100,000,000.00 worth of new business since 2012.

Rebecca was drawn to Engel & Völkers because of her international background. Before settling in New York, Rebecca lived and worked in London and Prague, and studied internationally at Oxford University, Trieste Joyce School, and most recently Trinity College Dublin where she earned an M.Phil. with Distinction in Anglo-Irish Literature. These experiences along with her years of teaching at the St. Bernard's School on the Upper East Side have helped to create a diverse client network at home and abroad. A graduate of Bates College in Maine and Sidwell Friends School in Washington D.C., Rebecca spent a year as a professional researcher at ABC news where she assisted George Stephanopoulos on a research project on presidential history. Her experience in research and media helps sellers present their properties in the best light to achieve the highest selling price.
