Trump Palace
Setting the standards for luxury living since 1991, Trump Palace continues to be an iconic condominium complex in the Upper East Side. It is a 634-foot, 56-story tower, making it the tallest building in the area. It's slender appearance makes it very attractive to onlookers. 

There is a resemblance of this building to that of the famous Chanin Building, thanks to the crenallated top featured on both, but this complex is far from being Post-Modern like its counterpart. Trump Palace was designed by architect Frank Williams & Associates, who also designed the World Wide Plaza. The outcome of his work showcases an aggressive, yet unique sculpture, which now plays a role in the city's skyline. It is a brick building that features traditional "courses" that separate various divisions of the complex. The condominium has a distinctly complex shape that is far from clean-cut. 

In the original, there were 283 units, but they have since been combined and renovated. It features great indoor designs, as well as an abundance of private outdoor space within the complex and private views on balconies. Just about all of the condos in the building have excellent views of Central Park, bridges and New Jersey's cityscape. 

The condos in Trump Palace are each designed with one of the 129 layouts featured throughout the building.
