Time Warner Center
The unique twin skyscrapers that make up the Time Warner Center were designed by renowned architect, David Childs, from Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. The construction was completed in 2004, providing New Yorkers with a new option for stylish living. The two 80-story buildings rise 750 feet into the sky and have a connecting atrium that bridges together the residences.

The buildings get their name from the fact that its the headquarters of Time Warner. It is also home to CNN and a number of expensive retail shops. On the 4th floor, residents have access to fine dining like Per Se and Bar Masa. Then in the basement, there's an entire Whole Foods Market grocery store and a theater that sits 1,200 people, which is used by Jazz at Lincoln Center.

Time Warner Center can be found at the nexus of Midtown, Upper West Side and Lincoln Square. Not too far are Central Park and Broadway. Tenants also have direct access to amenities, like Coach and Tourneau boutiques, Equinox fitness center and public transportation.

Within their condos, residents can take in the splendid views of the Manhattan skyline.
