The historic clinker building, built in 1896, with an imposing brick facade, was completely renovated in 1991/92, taking into account the monument monuments. The attic apartment itself was completely gutted in 2008/2009 and equipped with high-quality materials and state-of-the-art technology. The large, open-plan living and dining area with lounge area is convincing by its unique industrial character. Stylish steel beam constructions decorate the ceilings, which are about 15 feet high, providing an extraordinary sense of space. A fireplace in the lounge area also provides a soothing atmosphere whenever you wish. The elegant living room with a tailor-made and fully equipped “Boffi” kitchen with a cooking island always invites you to socialize. In the living and dining area as well as in the high-quality equipped full bath with shower and freestanding bathtub, the rooms gain a living atmosphere thanks to the color changing LED lights. A separate TV room, a library and a sauna complete the luxury package. From the approximately 484 ft² terrace to the south, which is accessible from the living room, the full bath as well as the sauna, you can enjoy a wonderful view over the roofs of Berlin up to the Kreuzberg. Two car parking spaces are available on the patio. A cellar compartment offers additional storage space.
